Does the search include members who already left the group?

  1. This search is mainly used to locate people in the current group chat.
  2. If someone has already left the group, they usually will not appear in the current member search results.
  3. To confirm the current member list, open View All Members and check the list there.

What should I do if the search returns no results?

  1. Check whether the name keyword is spelled correctly.
  2. Try a fuller or more commonly used part of the person’s name.
  3. Confirm that the person is still in the target group chat.

Where can I open the Search Group Members entry?

  1. Open the target group chat window first.
  2. Click the ... button in the top-right corner to open the chat settings panel.
  3. Use the Search Members field at the top, or click View All Members and continue searching in the Group Members page.
