With Manage Message List Groups, you can hide unnecessary group tabs, drag to reorder visible groups, restore hidden groups, and save or cancel your changes. The default groups include All, @Me, Single Chat, Document, and Tag, while All remains fixed in the first position and cannot be hidden, removed, or moved. Hidden groups are removed from the tab bar, but their conversations still remain available in All and through group filtering in More.
