FAQ
Will changing the group order affect other members?
- No.
- Group management settings only affect how the current user sees the message list.
- Other members keep their own group display settings.
Why can’t I hide the All group?
- The All group is a default system group.
- It stays visible so you can always view all conversations.
- Because of that, it cannot be hidden, removed, or freely moved.
Will conversations disappear after I hide a group?
- No.
- Hiding a group removes its entry from the top tab bar, but it does not delete conversation content.
- Related conversations can still be viewed in the All group.
Why didn’t my changes take effect?
- Make sure you clicked Confirm after finishing the changes.
- If you clicked Cancel or closed the dialog directly, the changes are not saved.
- Open group management again and save the changes to apply them.
