Permission Management

Permission Management helps you control approval template access in WPS Teams by managing template administrators in the lightweight approval admin console. It provides the tools you need to define who can manage templates, making your work more efficient and helping you accomplish tasks with ease. With Permission Management, you can add multiple administrators, select users, enter a custom administrator type description of up to 20 characters, set each person’s management scope, and later edit or delete administrator records. It also supports differentiated control: super administrators can manage all approval templates, while regular administrators are limited by the configured scope; if no scope is set, management is not limited by template range.
