Group Chat Management

Group Chat Management helps you control member permissions, speaking rules, and entry review in WPS Teams group chats. It provides the tools you need to maintain order and protect information, making group administration more efficient and helping you accomplish tasks with ease. With Group Chat Management, you can add or remove group administrators, define who can modify group information or perform actions such as adding members, sharing the group, starting meetings or polls, managing announcements, adding bookmarks, pinning messages, sending urgent messages, and using @all. You can also set speaking modes, enable confidentiality restrictions, require approval for people joining, review shared links and files and member join or exit history, allow new members to view earlier messages, prioritize group nicknames, and transfer ownership.
