FAQ

What is the difference between a super administrator and a regular administrator?

  1. A super administrator has management rights for all templates.
  2. A regular administrator can manage only the templates covered by the assigned management scope.
  3. If you need role-based division of work, assign a suitable management scope to each regular administrator.

What happens if I do not set a management scope?

  1. If no management scope is set, the administrator can manage all people in that administrator's contacts.
  2. This means the management range is not limited by template scope.
  3. If you need more precise responsibility control, set the management scope before saving.

Can I add multiple administrators?

  1. Yes. You can add multiple administrators.
  2. Each administrator can have a different type and management scope.
  3. This supports layered management and lets different people manage different template ranges.
