FAQ
Why can’t I hide the All group?
- The All group is the default system group for showing every conversation.
- It stays visible so you always keep a complete message entry.
- You can hide other optional groups to simplify the tab bar, but All remains available.
Will changing the group order affect other members?
- Group management settings only affect your own message list display.
- Other members continue to see their own group configuration.
- If needed, you can open group management again and adjust your order at any time.
Do conversations disappear after I hide a group?
- Hiding a group only removes its entry from the top tab bar.
- The conversations themselves are not deleted.
- You can still view them through the All group or restore the hidden group later.
Why didn’t my changes take effect?
- Check whether you clicked OK after finishing the change.
- If you clicked Cancel or closed the window directly, the change is not saved.
- Open group management again and save the change once more.
