FAQ

Why does a conversation not move to the top immediately after a new message arrives?

  1. The message list is generally ordered by the time of the latest message.
  2. If the current change does not trigger a conversation time update, the list position may not refresh right away.
  3. Open the conversation again or wait for the next synced message, then check whether the order updates.
  1. Confirm that the keyword you entered is related to the conversation name.
  2. Switch back to All and search again.
  3. Check that the current account is signed in and already joined to the conversation.

Why can I see only some conversation types?

  1. Check whether you are currently in @Me, Direct Messages, Documents, or another filtered category.
  2. Click All to restore the full conversation view.
  3. If the conversation still does not appear, wait for network sync to finish and check again.
