What is the difference between meeting messages and regular chat messages?

  1. Meeting messages are used within the current meeting context.
  2. Only participants in the current meeting can view the meeting chat content.
  3. Regular chat messages belong to a separate conversation flow and are used in different scenarios.

Can I still view the chat history after the meeting ends?

  1. After the meeting ends, you can view the chat history in the meeting record.
  2. Return to the main meeting page.
  3. Open Meeting Record to view the chat content for that meeting.

Why can’t I see the chat entry in the meeting?

  1. First, confirm that you have already entered the meeting window.
  2. Check whether the Chat button is visible in the bottom toolbar.
  3. If the network status is unstable, restore the connection and check the interface again.
