Can I search both cloud messages and local messages?
- Open the top global search bar and enter the Search More page.
- Switch to the Chat History tab and enter your keyword.
- You can search both locally cached history and cloud-stored history.
Can I find recalled messages in search results?
- Enter a keyword in the chat history search box and run the search.
- Review the returned results.
- Recalled messages do not appear in the result list.
Why are my search results different from my colleague’s?
- Confirm that both of you are in the same conversations.
- Check whether your current account can view the related messages.
- Search results follow conversation permissions, so different users may see different results.
