Can I search both cloud messages and local messages?

  1. Open the top global search bar and enter the Search More page.
  2. Switch to the Chat History tab and enter your keyword.
  3. You can search both locally cached history and cloud-stored history.

Can I find recalled messages in search results?

  1. Enter a keyword in the chat history search box and run the search.
  2. Review the returned results.
  3. Recalled messages do not appear in the result list.

Why are my search results different from my colleague’s?

  1. Confirm that both of you are in the same conversations.
  2. Check whether your current account can view the related messages.
  3. Search results follow conversation permissions, so different users may see different results.
