1. Search chat history

Entry: Top global search bar → Search More → Chat History

  1. Click the search bar at the top left.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click Search More to open the search page.
  3. On the tab bar at the top of the search page, click Chat History to switch to the chat history search view.
  4. Enter a keyword in the search box to search matching messages across all conversations.
  5. Review the results grouped by conversation, then open the related conversation if you need more context.

  • Interface result: The search page opens and shows results under the Chat History tab.
  • What you can do next: You can view matching messages grouped by conversation and open the related conversation.
  • No unwanted effect: Recalled messages do not appear in the results.
