1. Search Group Members

Entry point: Group chat window → top-right Chat Settings button (...) → Search Members field

  1. Open the target group chat window and click the ... button in the top-right corner to open the chat settings panel.
  2. Find the Search Members field at the top of the chat settings panel.
  3. Enter a member name keyword and review the matching results shown in real time.
  4. If you need the full list, click View All Members to open the Group Members page.
  5. In the search field at the top of the Group Members page, enter a keyword again to filter the member list by name.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: after you enter a keyword, the visible member list narrows based on matching names.
  • Next action: you can continue reviewing the filtered results or keep searching in the full member page.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: if the keyword is too short, the results may include more similar names.
  • Environment note: open the target group chat first and make sure collaboration chat content loads normally.
