FAQ

Why can't Find locate the content that I entered?

  1. Check whether the keyword is spelled correctly.
  2. Make sure the target content is in the visible records of the current view.
  3. If the data table is filtered or grouped, clear those conditions and search again.

What is the difference between Find and Filter?

  1. Find is used for instant keyword lookup and is suitable for jumping to a specific match quickly.
  2. Filter is used to narrow the data range by conditions and is suitable for viewing a set of matching records over time.
  3. If you need to narrow the range first and then locate a specific item, apply Filter first and then use Find.

How can I use Find together with Filter?

  1. Apply Filter first to keep only the data range that you want to review.
  2. Open the Find box in the filtered results and enter your keyword.
  3. Use Previous and Next to move through matches within the filtered results.
