Why is one Kanban column not showing any cards?

  1. Check whether there are matching records under the current grouping field value.
  2. Confirm whether the related records already contain values in that grouping field.
  3. If the field is empty, update the record with the needed value. Records without a value appear in the Ungrouped column.

How do I change the grouping field in a Kanban board?

  1. Open the target Kanban view.
  2. Click Group By in the upper toolbar or top area.
  3. Select another field as the new grouping field. The board columns are rearranged automatically.

What determines the content shown on a Kanban card?

  1. The content shown on a Kanban card depends on the fields currently displayed in the view.
  2. If you want to adjust the visual result, open Card Management to review cover and display settings.
