Why can I see only part of the search results?
- Make sure you are signed in with an account that can access your organization collaboration content.
- Check whether your keyword is too broad or too specific.
- Review the grouped result types on the search page to confirm which category your target belongs to.
- If there are many chat results, keep narrowing them with filters.
Can I filter chat-history search results by conditions?
- Open the Global Search page.
- Enter a keyword and review the chat-related results.
- Click the filter option at the top right.
- Set conditions such as sender and send time, then review the filtered results.
How do I open the full Global Search page?
- Click the search bar at the top of the WPS window.
- Select Search More from the drop-down menu.
- After the search page opens, continue entering your keyword in the search box.
