FAQ

Which cloud documents are included in the search scope?

  2. Documents without access permission do not appear in the results.
  3. If you need more results, confirm your sign-in status and the sharing permissions of the document.
  1. Click a document in the results list to open it directly.
  2. After opening it, you can continue with actions available on that page, such as forwarding, starring, or copying a link.
  3. If an action is not shown, follow the current document permissions and the buttons available in the interface.

How are search results sorted?

  1. Cloud document search results are sorted by relevance by default.
  2. More accurate title keywords usually help the target document appear closer to the top.
  3. If there are many results, use filters to narrow the list further.

Why can’t I find a specific cloud document?

  1. Make sure you are on the Cloud Documents tab.
  2. Check whether you entered title keywords for the document.
