Why can’t Find locate the content I entered?

What is the difference between Find and filtering?

  1. Find is used to quickly locate a keyword or specific content.
  2. Filtering is used to keep only records that meet certain conditions.
  3. Use Find for quick jumps, and use filtering when you need a narrower working set for ongoing review.

How can I locate a target record faster in the current view?

  1. Narrow the visible data first with a view or filter.
  2. Then use Find with a more specific keyword.
  3. Move through matches with Previous and Next until you reach the target record.
