1. Open the cloud document workspace

  1. Open WPS collaboration on your PC.
  2. Click the Documents icon in the left navigation bar.
  3. Wait for the cloud document workspace to open.
  4. Confirm that the page shows a left navigation area and a right-side document list area.

2. Review the left navigation bar

  3. Identify entries such as Recent, Import, Shared, Starred, My Cloud Docs, Team Docs, My Device, Frequently Used, Tags, and Recycle Bin.
  4. Click any category to switch the document list.

  5. Switch to other categories as needed and compare the list results.
