Why can’t I see the admin entry?

  1. Confirm that the current account is an enterprise super admin or enterprise admin account.
  2. Confirm that you are signed in with the related enterprise account.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, it is not available under the current account permissions.

What is the difference between Recent and Frequently Used?

  1. Recent shows documents based on recent access time.
  2. Frequently Used groups documents that you access often.
  3. If you want to revisit files you opened lately, check Recent first. If you want quick access to high-frequency files, check Frequently Used.

What file information can I review in the right-side list?

  1. Select a category in the left pane first.
  2. In the right-side list, review the file type icon, file name, file location, creator, last modified time, and file size.
  3. If needed, use the All Types filter to narrow the results further.
