What can I see in Document Information?

  1. Open a collaborative document and go to File Operations → Document Management → Document Information.
  2. In the panel, you can review access data, file name, owner, creation time, type, size, and location.
  3. If you need more detailed access statistics, click Detailed Records to review the exported result.

Can file information be exported?

  1. Open the Document Information panel.
  2. Click Detailed Records.
  3. The system generates an access record table that includes the date, visit count, visitor count, and editor count.

Why can't I find the Document Information entry?

  1. Confirm that the current file is a collaborative document.
  2. Check that you are looking under File Operations → Document Management.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office and reopen the document.
