Can Document Log show activity records for all members?
- Sign in to the admin console with an account that has the required permissions.
- Open Document Log under Log Reports.
- Filter the results by member, time, or action type. Document Log can record actions such as create, access, edit, share, delete, and download for enterprise members.
Can I export Document Log results?
- Open the Document Log page.
- Set the filters you need, such as person, time, and action type.
- Click Export to save the log results to a file for offline analysis and archiving.
Why can’t I find the Document Log entry?
- Confirm that the current account has access to the related enterprise plan capability.
- Check whether the account is a Super Admin or has been granted permission to view logs.
- Return to Admin Console from the lower-left area of the client home page, then open Log Reports again to check whether Document Log appears.
