1. View Document Log

Entry point: Admin Console → Log Reports → Document Log

  1. Open the WPS 365 client, then click Admin Console in the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. In the left panel, click Log Reports to expand the list.
  3. In the drop-down list, open the Document Log tab.
  4. Filter the log records by person, time range, and action type.
  5. Click Export to export the current log results to a file.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: You can see the Document Log list and the filter area.
  • Next actions: You can continue adjusting filters or export the log file.
  • No side effects: Existing document content and collaboration status are not changed.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If you stay in a regular document view instead of the admin console, you will not see the Document Log entry.
  • Membership: An enterprise plan is required, and in most cases you need Super Admin access or granted log-view permissions.
  • Environment limits: A stable network connection is required when reviewing or exporting logs.
