How-to Guide
1. Use the top search bar
Entry: Cloud documents page → top search bar
- Click Documents in the left navigation pane to open the cloud documents page.
- Find the search bar at the top of the page.
- Enter a keyword in the search box.
- Press Enter to send the search request. Matching documents appear automatically.

2. Search with filter conditions
Entry: Cloud documents search bar → search drop-down panel
- Click the search box, or enter a keyword first to open the search drop-down panel.
- Review the available category tabs at the top of the panel.
- Select a condition such as File Name, Body Text, Type, Creator, Time, or Location.
- Enter your keyword in the search box.
- Review the filtered results below and switch conditions again if needed.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The search panel shows results that match the current condition.
- Next action: You can continue refining the search or open the target document.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If too many conditions are applied, the result range becomes much smaller.
- Environment note: Only documents that the current account can access can appear in results.
3. Review search results
Entry: Cloud documents page → document list area
- After searching or filtering, review the results list in the right content area.
- Check each record for the file type icon, file name, file location, creator, last modified time, and file size.
- Use these details to confirm whether the file is the one you need.
- Open the document you want to continue working with.
