Why can’t I see some categories in the left panel?

  1. Make sure that you are signed in to your WPS account.
  2. Check whether your account has access to team space or enterprise-related permissions.
  3. If an enterprise-related entry is missing, your current account may not have permission to view it.

What is the difference between Recent and Frequently Used?

  1. Recent shows documents that you opened recently.
  2. Frequently Used focuses on documents you access often.
  3. If you want a file you just worked on, check Recent first. If you want a file you return to often, check Frequently Used or Starred.

What file details can I review in the list on the right?

  1. The list shows the file name and file type.
  2. It can also show file location, creator, last modified time, and file size.
  3. You can combine these details with the All Types filter to narrow the list further.
