1. Open the cloud document workspace

Entry: Left sidebar → Documents icon

  1. Open WPS on your Mac.
  2. Click the Documents icon in the left sidebar.
  3. Wait for the cloud document workspace to open.
  4. Confirm that the page shows a left navigation area and a right document list.

Success Criteria

  • The cloud document workspace opens successfully.
  • You can see the left navigation panel and the right file list.
  • The right side can display files for the current category.

Tips While Using

  • Sign in to your WPS account before opening cloud documents.
  • If the network is unstable, the file list may load more slowly.

2. Switch categories from the left navigation panel

Entry: Cloud document workspace → Left navigation panel

  1. Open the cloud document workspace.
  2. Review the available categories in the left navigation panel.
  3. Click a category such as Recent, Import, Shared, Starred, My Cloud Docs, Team Docs, My Device, Frequently Used, Tags, or Recycle Bin.
  4. Check the right panel to confirm that the file list changes with the selected category.
  5. If your account has enterprise management permissions, check whether related management entries are visible.

  • The file list changes after you select a different category.
  • You can narrow the file scope by category before searching further.

  • Team or enterprise-related entries depend on your account permissions.

3. Review the document list on the right

Entry: Cloud document workspace → Right document list

  1. Select any category from the left panel.
  2. Review the file records shown on the right.
  3. Use All Types to filter by file type.
  4. Check or switch views for details such as file location, creator, and last modified time.
  5. Review each record for file name, file type, file location, creator, last modified time, and file size.

Success Criteria

  • The right panel shows files for the selected category.
  • You can filter by file type and review the main file details.

Tips While Using

  • The list content changes with the category selected on the left.
  • When there are many files, switch categories first and then apply filters for faster browsing.
