1. Add or remove a star
Entry: My Cloud Documents list → right-click a file or folder → Add to → Starred
- Open WPS and go to My Cloud Documents.
- Find the file or folder you want to manage and right-click it.
- Select Add to → Starred to add the star.
- If you want to remove the star later, select Add to → Unstar again.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The starred status of the target file or folder changes.
- Next action available: You can open the Starred list later and find that item there.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Make sure the correct file or folder is selected before you right-click.

2. View starred files
Entry: left sidebar → Starred
- In the left sidebar, click Starred.
- Review the files or folders that have already been starred.
- Double-click the target document to open it.
- If you want to remove a star, click the ★ icon next to the file name.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The view switches to the Starred list and shows your starred items.
- Next action available: You can open a document directly or remove an existing star.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the list is empty, first confirm that you already starred a cloud document or folder.
