1. Open the New Document page
Entry: Cloud documents view → + New
- Click Documents in the left navigation pane to enter the cloud documents view.
- Click the + New button at the upper left of the page or at the top of the left panel.
- Check the content area on the right to confirm that the New page and available content types are displayed.

- Interface result: the page shows multiple creation options.
- Next action available: you can continue by choosing a document type, uploading a file, or creating a folder.

2. Choose a document type and create it
Entry: + New → document type icon
- Open the New page and review the available content types.
- Click Smart Document, Smart Spreadsheet, Smart Form, Writer, Presentation, Spreadsheet, or Multi-dimensional Table as needed.
- Wait while WPS creates a blank file and opens the matching editor.
- Start entering or editing content.
Success Criteria
