How do I check a document’s creation time?

  1. Open a Smart Document.
  2. Click the file tab at the top-left, then go to Document ManagementDocument Information.
  3. Check the creation time in Basic Information.

Why can’t I find the Document Information entry?

  1. Confirm that the current file is a Smart Document.
  2. Make sure you opened the file tab at the top-left.
  3. Look for Document Information under Document Management.
  4. If the entry still does not appear, update to the latest version of WPS Office for Mac and try again.

How do I export detailed access data?

  1. Open the Document Information panel.
  2. Switch to Access Data.
  3. Click Detailed Records.
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the export.
