1. Open the Chat Message Settings page
Entry path: Enterprise Admin Console → WPS Collaboration → Chat Message Settings
- Sign in to the WPS 365 admin console.
- In the enterprise admin console, open WPS Collaboration to expand the collaboration management menu.
- Select Chat Message Settings to open the settings page.

2. Turn on Show Online Device Status in Chat Window
Entry path: Chat Message Settings → Show Online Device Status in Chat Window toggle
- Open the Chat Message Settings page.
- Find the Show Online Device Status in Chat Window option.
- Turn on the toggle on the right.
- After it is enabled, one-to-one chat windows, profile cards, and similar views can display the user's online device status.
- If you want to disable it later, turn the toggle off again.
