Why can’t I find the chat message settings page?

  1. Confirm that your current account has enterprise administrator permissions.
  2. Confirm that you have signed in to the WPS 365 Admin Console successfully.
  3. Open WPS Collaboration and then Chat Message Settings. Regular members usually cannot see this entry point.

Which chats show read/unread status after I turn it on?

  1. After the setting is enabled, sent messages in group chats show read/unread status indicators.
  2. Sent messages in one-to-one chats also show read/unread status indicators.
  3. This is a unified setting and is not configured separately for each conversation.

Who can view the Webhook bot history message list?

  1. First confirm that the feature is turned on.
  2. Open the Webhook bot detail page or profile page.
  3. Only the Webhook bot owner can view the history message list. Other members cannot view it.

What happens after I turn the feature off?

  1. Return to the Chat Message Settings page.
  2. Turn off Show read/unread status indicators for chat conversations.
  3. After it is turned off, later messages no longer show this status indicator. You can turn it on again whenever needed.
