What should I do if I cannot find the conversation I need?

  1. Confirm that your keyword matches the conversation name or related content.
  2. Try a fuller person name, group name, or document-related keyword.
  3. Return to the All category and search again so the current filter does not limit what you see.
  4. Confirm that your account is signed in and message sync is complete.

Why do some conversations disappear after I switch categories?

  1. Category tabs only show conversations that match the selected type.
  2. If you are in @Me, Direct Chats, or Documents, other conversations are temporarily hidden.
  3. Click All to return to the complete Message List.

Why does a pinned conversation stay at the top?

  1. The pin feature keeps the selected conversation fixed at the top of the list.
  2. Even when other conversations receive new messages, the pinned conversation stays in priority position.
  3. To restore normal ordering, right-click the conversation and select Unpin.

What do unread badges and the Do Not Disturb icon mean in the Message List?
