What should I do if I cannot find the Share Group Chat entry?

  1. Make sure you are inside the target group chat window instead of a one-to-one chat.
  2. Check whether More options is visible in the upper-right corner.
  3. Open the menu and look for Share Group Chat in the chat settings panel.
  4. If it still does not appear, update WPS Office and sign in again before retrying.
