These FAQs cover 4 common questions about download entries, membership limits, save locations, and network requirements for online collaboration files in WPS on Windows.
FAQ
Why can I download only one file but not batch download files?
- Check whether you are using a single-file download entry or a batch-processing entry.
- Open My Cloud Docs, select multiple files, and then right-click to review the available menu options.
- If batch download is unavailable, check whether your account has WPS Premium.
What should I do if the right-click menu does not show Download?
- Make sure you right-click the cloud document itself instead of a blank area or folder.
- Refresh the file list and select the target file again.
- If the option still does not appear, open the file first and use the File Operations button to download it.
Where are my batch-exported files saved?
- Recall the save location that you selected during export.
- Open that local folder and check the exported results.
- If you still cannot find them, run batch export again and confirm the destination before saving.
Do I need an internet connection to download online collaboration files?
- Make sure your device can access WPS cloud documents normally.
- Check that your network connection is stable before downloading or exporting.
- If the connection is interrupted, reconnect and run the download or export again.
