1. Open Share Group Chat

Entry: Group chat window → More options → Share Group Chat

  1. Open the target group chat window.
  2. Click More options in the upper-right corner.
  3. In the chat settings panel, click Share Group Chat.
  4. Wait for the Share Group Chat window to open.

  1. Open the Share Group Chat dialog first.
  2. In the left area of the dialog, review the invite information, including the invite text and group invite link.
  3. Click Copy Group Link.
  4. Paste the copied content into a chat, email, or another communication tool.
  5. The recipient can open the link and follow the prompts to join the group chat.

3. Share by Saving the QR Code Image

Entry: Share Group Chat dialog → Save Image

  1. Open the Share Group Chat dialog.
  2. In the right area of the dialog, locate the QR code image for the current group chat.
  3. Confirm the prompt below the code indicates joining the group chat by scanning with WPS collaboration tools.
  4. Click Save Image to save the QR code locally.
  5. Send the saved image to the people who need to join the group chat.
