How do I open the Service Desk management page?

  1. Sign in to the enterprise management console.
  2. Click WPS Collaboration to expand the collaboration menu.
  3. Select Service Desk to open the page.
  4. Confirm that both management tabs are displayed at the top of the page.

What is the difference between Service Desk Management and Service Desk Push Management?

  1. Service Desk Management is used to review service desk requests and their review states.
  2. Service Desk Push Management is used to review service desk push requests and their review states.
  3. Both are located on the same page and are switched by tabs at the top.

Why can’t I see the Service Desk entry?

  1. Confirm that your current account is an enterprise administrator account.
  2. Make sure you are already in the enterprise management console.
  3. Check whether your network connection is stable and the page has loaded completely.
