1. Move a Conversation into Message Assistant

Entry path: Conversation list → Right-click a conversation → Move into Message Assistant

1. In the left conversation list, find the conversation you want to store.
2. Right-click that conversation.
3. In the shortcut menu, select Move into Message Assistant.
4. Confirm that the conversation is removed from the main chat list and added to the Message Assistant list.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected conversation no longer appears in the main chat list.
• Next action available: You can open it later from the Message Assistant entry point.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: Make sure you right-click the intended conversation so you do not store the wrong chat.
• Environment note: You need account access and a working network connection for collaboration messages.

2. View the Message Assistant List

Entry path: Top area above the left conversation list → < Message Assistant button

1. After moving a conversation into Message Assistant, check whether the < Message Assistant button appears above the left conversation list.
2. Click < Message Assistant to open the Message Assistant subpage.
3. Review the list of stored conversations.
4. Open any conversation as needed to read messages or reply.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The Message Assistant subpage opens and shows the stored conversation list.
• Next action available: You can read messages and reply normally.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If no conversation has been moved into Message Assistant yet, there may be no stored chat list to manage.
• Environment note: Stored conversations do not appear in the main chat list and are visible only in the Message Assistant subpage.

3. Move a Conversation out of Message Assistant

Entry path: Message Assistant list → Right-click a conversation → Move out of Message Assistant

1. Open the Message Assistant subpage.
2. Right-click the conversation you want to restore.
3. In the shortcut menu, select Move out of Message Assistant.
4. Return to the main chat list and confirm that the conversation appears again.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected conversation is removed from the Message Assistant list and appears again in the main chat list.
• Next action available: You can continue opening and handling the conversation from the main list.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: After restoration, the conversation order may change based on the latest message time.
