FAQ

How many conversations can appear in the Message Assistant list?

  1. Open the Message Assistant subpage.
  2. Review the stored conversation list.
  3. Conversations that have been moved into Message Assistant appear in that list and are displayed in time order.

After I move a conversation out of Message Assistant, will it return to its original position?

  1. In Message Assistant, right-click the target conversation.
  2. Select Move out of Message Assistant.
  3. Return to the main chat list and check the conversation. It appears again, but its order may change based on the latest message time instead of returning to its previous position.

Will I still receive messages and notifications after moving a conversation into Message Assistant?

  1. Move the conversation into Message Assistant.
  2. Keep your account online and continue receiving collaboration messages.
  3. This action changes only where the conversation is displayed. It does not mean you leave or block the conversation. If you want fewer alerts, combine it with message notification settings such as Do Not Disturb.
