How do I send a file stored on my Mac?

  1. Open the WPS collaboration chat interface.
  2. Click Send File in the message composer.
  3. Select Send Local File, choose the file, and click Open.
  4. Click Send to finish.

Why did I choose a file but it was not sent?

  1. Make sure you clicked Send after choosing the file.
  2. Check whether your current network connection is stable.
  3. Confirm that the current conversation can send messages normally, then choose the file again.

Does Local Files require membership?

  1. No. This feature is available without membership.
