1. Send a Local File

Entry path: Message composer → Send File button → Send Local File

  1. Open the WPS collaboration chat interface.
  2. In the message composer, click Send File.
  3. Select Send Local File.
  4. In the pop-up window, choose the local file you want to send, then click Open.
  5. Click Send to send the selected local file.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A file message appears in the chat window.
  • What you can do next: You can continue sending text messages or add another file in the same conversation.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you choose a file but do not click Send, the file will not appear in the conversation.
