1. Open the group schedule entry

Entry path: Group chat window → bottom toolbar → Schedule/To-do icon

  1. Open the target collaboration group chat.
  2. Find the calendar icon in the bottom toolbar.
  3. Hover over the icon and confirm that the tooltip shows Schedule/To-do.
  4. Click the icon to open the drop-down menu.
  5. Select Schedule.

  • Common mistake: If you open To-do or another entry by mistake, reopen the menu and select Schedule.

2. Create and save a group schedule

Entry path: New Schedule window

  1. Enter the schedule title in the New Schedule window.
  2. Set the date and time.
  3. Turn on All day or set a recurrence rule if needed.
  4. Review the details for accuracy.
  5. Click Save in the lower-right corner.

Entry path: Detail area in the New Schedule window

  1. Add participants in the New Schedule window.

  4. Set organizer status, visibility, and reminder time as needed.
  5. Save the schedule.

  4. Enter title keywords in the search box.
  5. Review the matching schedule results.
