1. Open Schedule Group Chat

Entry path: Group chat window → bottom toolbar → Schedule/To-do icon → Schedule Time

  1. Open the target group chat window.
  2. Find the calendar icon in the bottom toolbar. When you hover over it, the Schedule/To-do label appears.
  3. Click the icon and select Schedule Time from the drop-down menu.
  4. Open the participant time occupancy view.

  1. Review the date timeline in the scheduling view.
  2. Check the participant avatars shown across the view.
  3. Review each participant's occupancy status for the current time range.
  4. Switch dates as needed to continue checking later options.

3. Use suggested times

Entry path: Suggested Time in the lower-right corner of the scheduling view

  1. Click Suggested Time in the lower-right corner of the scheduling view.
  2. Wait for the system to generate recommended free time slots.
  3. Review the recommended time and day-distance prompt, such as Today 16:00 or 3 days later 09:00.
  4. Choose the recommendation that fits your meeting.

  • Interface result: Recommended time information appears in the view.
  • What you can do next: You can continue to create a schedule from the recommendation.

  • Common mistake: Accepting a recommendation before confirming the participant scope may affect the meeting arrangement.

4. Add and save a schedule

Entry path: Recommended time slot → Add Schedule

  1. Select an appropriate time slot and click Add Schedule.
  2. Open the new schedule dialog.
  3. Confirm that the selected time has been filled in automatically.
  4. Add details such as the subject, video meeting, and meeting documents as needed.
  5. Click Save to finish creating the schedule.
