1. Open Schedule Group Chat
Entry path: Group chat window → bottom toolbar → Schedule/To-do icon → Schedule Time
- Open the target group chat window.
- Find the calendar icon in the bottom toolbar. When you hover over it, the Schedule/To-do label appears.
- Click the icon and select Schedule Time from the drop-down menu.
- Open the participant time occupancy view.

Entry path: Suggested Time in the lower-right corner of the scheduling view
- Click Suggested Time in the lower-right corner of the scheduling view.
- Wait for the system to generate recommended free time slots.
- Review the recommended time and day-distance prompt, such as Today 16:00 or 3 days later 09:00.
- Choose the recommendation that fits your meeting.

4. Add and save a schedule
Entry path: Recommended time slot → Add Schedule
- Select an appropriate time slot and click Add Schedule.
- Open the new schedule dialog.
- Confirm that the selected time has been filled in automatically.
- Add details such as the subject, video meeting, and meeting documents as needed.
- Click Save to finish creating the schedule.
