1. Open the Group Schedule entry

Entry path: Group chat window → bottom toolbar → Schedule/To-do icon

  1. Open the target group chat window.
  2. Find the calendar icon in the bottom toolbar.
  3. Hover over the icon and confirm that the tooltip shows Schedule/To-do.
  4. Click the icon to open the drop-down menu.

  5. Turn on All day or adjust repeat settings if needed.
  6. Click Save to finish creating the schedule.

3. Add meeting and participant details

Entry path: New Schedule dialog

  1. Enter the basic title and time in the New Schedule dialog.

  5. Review the details and click Save.
