1. Search for group chats

Entry: top global search bar → Search More → Group Chats

  1. Click the search bar near the top-left area.
  2. In the drop-down menu, click Search More to open the search page.
  3. On the tab bar at the top of the search page, click Group Chats to switch to the group chat search view.
  4. Enter a group-name keyword in the search box to view matching organization group chats.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the search page opens and the Group Chats tab content is displayed.
  • Next action available: after entering a keyword, matching group chat results appear and you can continue to open the target chat.

Tips While Using

  • Group Chat Search searches group names only, not message content inside the group.
  • Results depend on your contact or organization visibility scope, so chats outside your visible scope will not appear.
  • You can use filters on the upper-right area of the search page to narrow the result range further.
