- In multi-select mode, select each message that you want to forward.
- If you want to select consecutive messages more quickly, hold Shift while selecting.
- Check that all required messages are selected.

Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no messages are selected first, the forwarding flow cannot continue.
3. Choose contacts or group chats as forwarding targets
Entry point: Forwarding panel → Recent / Contacts
- In the contact selection panel, review the Recent conversation list first.
- Select one or more target conversations that should receive the forwarded messages.
- If the target is not in Recent, switch to the Contacts tab.

4. Add a note and send the forwarded messages

- If needed, enter a note in the Note box at the bottom.
- Confirm the selected messages and target conversations again.
- Click OK in the lower-right corner.
- Wait for the messages to be sent separately to the selected conversations.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target conversation receives the forwarded messages as separate items, and the note appears as an extra message.
- Next action available: You can continue reviewing the forwarding result in the target conversation.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: The note does not replace the original messages. It is sent as an extra message.
- Environment note: If the forwarded content includes cloud-document messages, recipients still need the required access permissions.
