FAQ

What is the difference between forwarding messages individually and merged forwarding?

  1. Forwarding messages individually sends each selected message to the target conversation as a separate message.
  2. Merged forwarding combines multiple messages into one merged item before sending.
  3. If you want recipients to review the content message by message, use individual forwarding.

Can I forward messages to multiple groups or contacts at the same time?

  1. Yes. In the contact selection panel, you can select multiple target conversations.
  2. You can choose targets from the Recent list first, then switch to Contacts to continue searching.
  3. After confirmation, the selected messages are sent separately to all selected targets.

What types of messages can be forwarded?

  1. Individual forwarding supports multiple message types, including text, images, files, emojis, and cloud-document cards.
  2. If you forward a cloud-document message, recipients still need the required access permissions.
  3. If recipients cannot open the content, check the document sharing permissions first.
