Where is the Chat File Cleanup entry?

  1. Sign in to the enterprise admin console.
  2. Open WPS Collaboration in the left navigation pane.
  3. Open Chat File Management.
  4. Click the File Cleanup tab.

Can deleted files still be restored?

  1. Yes. Deleted files can be restored within 60 days.
  2. Find the target file during the retention period and use Restore.
  3. After 60 days, the file is automatically permanently destroyed and cannot be restored.

What is the difference between Delete and Permanently Destroy?
