1. Open the Application Diagnostics page

Entry path: WPS Teams main window > profile area in the lower-left corner > Settings > Application Diagnostics

  1. Open the WPS Teams client.
  2. Click your profile area in the lower-left corner of the main window.
  3. Click Settings in the menu.
  4. Select Application Diagnostics in the left panel of the settings page.

2. Run network diagnostics

Entry path: Settings > Application Diagnostics > Network Diagnostics > Start Diagnostics

  1. Open the Application Diagnostics page.

  3. Click Start Diagnostics.
  4. Wait for the check to finish automatically.
  5. Review the diagnostic result and the suggested solution.

3. Upload usage logs

Entry path: Settings > Application Diagnostics > Usage Logs > Upload

  1. Open the Usage Logs section on the Application Diagnostics page.
  2. If needed, enter a short issue description in the description box, with up to 200 characters.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. Wait for the logs and description to finish uploading.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The upload action finishes and the page remains available for further actions.
  • Next action available: You can add more issue details or export logs locally instead.

  • Common mistake: If the issue description exceeds 200 characters, shorten it before uploading.

  2. Click Export to Local.

  4. Open the save location and confirm that the log file has been created.
