1. Open the workbench editor

Entry path: Enterprise admin console → Workbench Settings → Customize Workbench → Workbench Editor

1. Click Admin Console in the left navigation pane.
2. In the left menu, click Workbench Settings.
3. Click the Customize Workbench tab at the top.
4. Find the workbench you want to edit and click Workbench Editor on the right.

2. If you need to configure the mobile display, click the Mobile tab.
3. Switch between the two views as needed and review each display result separately.

3. Set page layouts

Entry path: Workbench Editor → Layout → Webpage Layout

1. In the left panel, click Layout.
2. In the Webpage Layout area, choose the layout you need.
3. Select from single-column, two-column, mixed two-column, three-column, or mixed three-column layouts as needed.
4. Review the layout change in the editing area.

4. Set themes and backgrounds

Entry path: Workbench Editor → Theme Settings

1. In the left panel, click Theme Settings.

3. For a background color, click the color block or enter a color code.
4. For a background image, choose an image from the built-in themes.
5. If needed, turn on Use custom background image.
6. Select a suitable built-in theme from the theme list.

5. Manage page components

Entry path: Workbench Editor → Component Settings

1. Review the current component list in the editing area.

4. If different device content is needed, switch to the target device view before editing.

6. Save, preview, and publish

Entry path: Workbench Editor → Save / Preview / Publish

1. During editing, click Save at the top to save your current progress.
2. If you want to discard unsaved changes, click Reset to return to the last saved state.
3. Click Preview to review the actual display result.
4. After confirming the page result, click Publish to make the configuration live.

• Interface result: After saving, the latest saved state is available; after publishing, the live workbench shows the new configuration.

• Common mistake: Saving without publishing does not update the live workbench.
