Entry: Message area → text input box

2. Send a text message
Entry: Message area → Send button
- Finish editing the message in the text input box.
- Click Send at the lower right to send the message.
- Or press Enter after typing to send it directly.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The message appears in the current chat history.
- Next action available: You can continue with right-click actions on that message.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Sending before confirming the target conversation may post the message to the wrong chat.
- Environment note: Sending a message requires an available account and network connection.
3. Use right-click actions on a text message
Entry: Sent text message → right-click menu
- Find a sent text message in the chat history.
- Right-click the message to open the action menu.
- Choose the action you need, such as copy, reply, forward, multi-select, pin, favorite, mark as urgent, add to to-do, add to schedule, delete, translate, web search, AI search, or recall within 24 hours.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The right-click menu opens and shows available actions.
- Next action available: After you choose an item, you can continue into the related handling flow.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: After 24 hours, recall is no longer available for that message.
- Environment note: Translate, web search, and AI search usually require a network connection.
