1. Open the context menu and remove a session
Entry: Conversation list → right-click the target conversation → Remove Session
- Open the WPS collaboration message page.
- Find the conversation that you want to remove from the list.
- Right-click the target conversation.
- Select Remove Session from the menu.
Success Criteria
- The selected conversation enters the removal flow and no longer stays in its current position in the list.
- You can continue organizing other conversations right away.
Tips While Using
- Make sure you right-click the correct conversation before removing it.
- If the collaboration page does not load normally, check your sign-in status and network connection first.
2. Confirm the result and understand how the session returns
Entry: Review the conversation list after using Remove Session
- After you remove the session, check whether the conversation list refreshes automatically.
- Confirm that the removed conversation no longer appears in the current list.
- If you need it again later, search for the contact or group and reopen the conversation.
- If the other side sends a new message, check whether the conversation appears in the list again.
Success Criteria
- The conversation list refreshes and the removed session is no longer shown.
- You can still return to the conversation through search or later incoming messages.
- Cloud chat records remain available.
Tips While Using
- Remove Session does not mean deleting chat history.
